Thank you for shopping with Strong Brave Hopeful! Below, you’ll find our shipping policy regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and rates. Our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand service, so each item is created just for you when you place an order.
Processing Time
- All products are custom-made upon ordering. Production typically takes 2–7 business days for apparel and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (such as accessories and home goods).
- Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order.
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $100: We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100 (before tax and after any discounts) within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped are as follows:
- United States: 3–8 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s journey. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at strongbravehopeful@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
Returns and Exchanges
As all products are custom printed when ordered, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order, please reach out to us at strongbravehopeful@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
